In the event that inclement weather or weather in general causes the suspension of the on-field activities, the Softball Spring Training team will always work and look for avenues to be able to complete the on-field activities. If weather caused cancellation of on-field activities, there still will be the contest awards, giveaways and prizes hour held with the schedule to be determined. There will be NO refunds or rollovers due to inclement weather and cancellation of the on-field activities.
1. Refund Policy: THERE IS NO REFUND ONCE REGISTERED. Due to the short registration window we will NOT be offering a refund once you have registered. You may receive a One-Time Roll-Over (See Roll Over Policy) towards the 2027 camp.
Roll Over Policy: If you are unable to attend Softball Spring Training 2026 you may receive a One-Time Roll- Over towards the 2027 camp. Roll Overs are only available for the next year camp and cannot be Rolled Over more then one year. Roll Over spots are NOT Transferable.
Registration Transfer: Softball Spring Training registrations may NOT be transfer to others. You cannot sell, transfer or trade registration spots.
