Camp Registration Policy & Disclaimer Action Weather Policy & Plan:
In the event that
inclement weather or weather in general causes the suspension of the on-field activities. The registration
breakfast along with the Saturday evening banquet will still take place along with the awarding of the sponsor
packages. There will be NO refunds or rollovers due to inclement weather and cancellation of the on-field
activities. Please note that if there are weather issues, the Senior Softball Camp staff will always work and look
for avenues to be able to complete the on-field activities.
Refund Policy:You may receive a refund of your registration fee less a $30.00 cancellation fee if you cancel by
September 30, 2018. Canceling after the cut off date of September 30, 2018 you may receive a One-Time Roll-
Over (See Roll Over Policy) towards the 2019 camp.
Roll Over Policy: Canceling after the cut off date of September 30, 2018 you may receive a One-Time Roll-
Over towards the 2019 camp. Roll Overs are only available for the next year camp and cannot be Rolled Over
more then one year. Roll Over spots are NOT Transferable.
Registration Transfer: Senior Softball Camp registrations may NOT be transfer to others. You cannot sell,
transfer or trade registration spots.

Your Senior Softball Camp
Registration includes the Saturday night banquet. If you plan to bring a guest,
the cost is $25. As always, kids under 12 are free.
